My Feet Really Hurt......

Why, you might ask do my feet hurt. Well it's all because I have returned to the workforce after over 20 years at home raising kiddies & running our business. My new job is as a merchandiser & involves lots of walking around stores & being on my feet all day. I am absolutely loving my job it's just that there isn't a single part of my body that agrees with me, lol. I'm sure I will become accustomed to it in time & I'm hoping that the comfy new shoes I bought yesterday will make my feet happier.
On to more creative pursuits now. I bought some of Kaiser's new Bubblegum Hills paper last week as I wanted to make some cute Easter cards with it. After I'd finished that I started playing around with my leftovers & came up with these 4 cards that all have a "Friend" theme.



















I'm off for a swim now. I can't believe we've had such a long stretch of hot weather here in Perth. It's 36C again today, I don't remember a day that was under 30C this summer.
